Лицо, которое в итоге отвечает за все аспекты изготовления лекарственных препаратов, включая их выпуск. Такое лицо должно иметь соответствующее научное и техническое образование и опыт для выполнения такой обязанности
The person who is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the preparation of medicinal products including the release of these items. This person must have sufficient scientific and technical education and experience to perform this duty

(4) В подпараграфе (2)(d) «ответственное лицо» означает лицо, отвечающее в связи с деятельностью по оптовой реализации, осуществляемой в соответствии с лицензией:
(a) за обеспечение соблюдения всех условий, предусмотренных выданной лицензией, и
(b) обеспечение поддержания качества лекарственных препаратов, работу с которыми ведет держатель лицензии, в соответствии с требованиями разрешений на продажу, разрешений по статье 126a, сертификатов регистрации, традиционных растительных регистраций.

(4) In sub-paragraph (2)(d) “the responsible person” means the person who is to have responsibility, in relation to wholesale distribution activity carried out under the licence, for—
(a) ensuring that any conditions subject to which the licence is granted are complied with; and
(b) ensuring the quality of medicinal products being handled by the holder of the licence is being maintained in accordance with the requirements of the marketing authorisations, Article 126a authorisations, certificates of registration or traditional herbal registrations applicable to those products.
