4.3. Acquis communautaire: acquis — свод общих прав и обязанностей, которые обязательны для всех стран ЕС, как членов ЕС. Он постоянно развивается и включает:
• содержание, принципы и политические цели Договоров;
• законодательство, принятое во исполнение договоров, и прецедентное право Суда ЕС;
• декларации и резолюции, принятые ЕС;
• передовые практики, применяемые сетью инспекторов ЕС;
• меры, относящиеся к общей внешней политике и политике безопасности;
• меры, относящиеся к юстиции и внутренним делам;
• международные соглашения, заключенные ЕС, и соглашения, заключенные странами ЕС между собой в области деятельности ЕС.

4.3. Acquis communautaire - The acquis is the body of common rights and obligations that are binding on all EU countries, as EU Members. It is constantly evolving and comprises:
• the content, principles and political objectives of the Treaties;
• the legislation adopted in application of the treaties and the case law of the Court of Justice of the EU;
• the declarations and resolutions adopted by the EU;
• best practices applied by the EU inspectors’ network
• measures relating to the common foreign and security policy;
• measures relating to justice and home affairs;
• international agreements concluded by the EU and those concluded by the EU countries between themselves in the field of the EU's activities.
