«разрешение на продажу ЕС» означает:
(a) разрешение на продажу или
(b) разрешение, выданное уполномоченным органом государства ЕЭЗ, отличного от Соединенного Королевства, в целях статьи 6 Директивы от 2001 г.;

“EU marketing authorisation” means—
(a) a marketing authorisation; or
(b) an authorisation issued by a competent authority of an EEA State other than the United Kingdom for the purposes of Article 6 of the 2001 Directive;
