Set of applications
16. В целях настоящей части «комплект заявлений» означает:
(a) несколько заявлений в адрес лицензирующего органа на регуляторную поддержку в связи с получением признания в соответствии с процедурой, установленной главой 4 титула III Директивы от 2001 г., одного разрешения на продажу Соединенного Королевства в других государствах ЕЭЗ, но только если все заявления относятся к заявлениям на разрешения на продажу в других государствах ЕЭЗ, имеющих одинаковый 90-дневный период экспертизы в целях статьи 28(4) Директивы от 2001 г., или
(b) несколько заявлений в адрес уполномоченных органов других государств ЕЭЗ на разрешения на продажу, относящиеся к одному разрешению на продажу Соединенного Королевства, но только если все заявления имеют одинаковый 90-дневный период экспертизы в целях статьи 28(4) Директивы от 2001 г.
(a) несколько заявлений в адрес лицензирующего органа на регуляторную поддержку в связи с получением признания в соответствии с процедурой, установленной главой 4 титула III Директивы от 2001 г., одного разрешения на продажу Соединенного Королевства в других государствах ЕЭЗ, но только если все заявления относятся к заявлениям на разрешения на продажу в других государствах ЕЭЗ, имеющих одинаковый 90-дневный период экспертизы в целях статьи 28(4) Директивы от 2001 г., или
(b) несколько заявлений в адрес уполномоченных органов других государств ЕЭЗ на разрешения на продажу, относящиеся к одному разрешению на продажу Соединенного Королевства, но только если все заявления имеют одинаковый 90-дневный период экспертизы в целях статьи 28(4) Директивы от 2001 г.
16. For the purposes of this Part, a “set of applications” means—
(a) a number of applications to the licensing authority for regulatory assistance in connection with obtaining recognition according to the procedure laid down in Title III, Chapter 4 of the 2001 Directive of a single United Kingdom marketing authorisation in other EEA States, but only if all the applications relate to applications for marketing authorisations in other EEA States that have the same 90 day assessment period for the purposes of Article 28(4) of the 2001 Directive; or
(b) a number of applications to competent authorities of other EEA States for marketing authorisations relating to a single United Kingdom marketing authorisation, but only if all the applications have the same 90 day assessment period for the purposes of Article 28(4) of the 2001 Directive.

(b) a number of applications to competent authorities of other EEA States for marketing authorisations relating to a single United Kingdom marketing authorisation, but only if all the applications have the same 90 day assessment period for the purposes of Article 28(4) of the 2001 Directive.
«комплект заявлений» означает:
(a) несколько заявлений в адрес лицензирующего органа на регуляторную поддержку в связи с получением признания в соответствии с процедурой, установленной статьями 28 и 29(1)–(3) Директивы от 2001 г., одного сертификата регистрации в других государствах ЕЭЗ, если все указанные заявления в лицензирующий орган относятся к заявлениям на сертификаты регистрации ЕС в других государствах ЕЭЗ, имеющих одинаковый 90-дневный период экспертизы в целях статьи 28(4) Директивы от 2001 г., или
(b) несколько заявлений в адрес уполномоченных органов других государств ЕЭЗ на сертификаты регистрации ЕС, относящиеся к одному сертификату регистрации, если все указанные заявления имеют 90-дневный периода оценки в целях статьи 28(4) Директивы от 2001 г., и
(a) несколько заявлений в адрес лицензирующего органа на регуляторную поддержку в связи с получением признания в соответствии с процедурой, установленной статьями 28 и 29(1)–(3) Директивы от 2001 г., одного сертификата регистрации в других государствах ЕЭЗ, если все указанные заявления в лицензирующий орган относятся к заявлениям на сертификаты регистрации ЕС в других государствах ЕЭЗ, имеющих одинаковый 90-дневный период экспертизы в целях статьи 28(4) Директивы от 2001 г., или
(b) несколько заявлений в адрес уполномоченных органов других государств ЕЭЗ на сертификаты регистрации ЕС, относящиеся к одному сертификату регистрации, если все указанные заявления имеют 90-дневный периода оценки в целях статьи 28(4) Директивы от 2001 г., и
“set of applications” means—
(a) a number of applications to the licensing authority for regulatory assistance in connection with obtaining recognition according to the procedure laid down in Articles 28 and 29(1) to (3) of the 2001 Directive of a single certificate of registration in other EEA States, where those applications to the licensing authority all relate to applications for EC certificates of registration in other EEA States that have the same 90 day assessment period for the purposes of Article 28(4) of the 2001 Directive; or
(b) a number of applications to competent authorities of other EEA States for EC certificates of registration relating to a single certificate of registration, where those applications all have the same 90 day assessment period for the purposes of Article 28(4) of the 2001 Directive; and
(a) a number of applications to the licensing authority for regulatory assistance in connection with obtaining recognition according to the procedure laid down in Articles 28 and 29(1) to (3) of the 2001 Directive of a single certificate of registration in other EEA States, where those applications to the licensing authority all relate to applications for EC certificates of registration in other EEA States that have the same 90 day assessment period for the purposes of Article 28(4) of the 2001 Directive; or
(b) a number of applications to competent authorities of other EEA States for EC certificates of registration relating to a single certificate of registration, where those applications all have the same 90 day assessment period for the purposes of Article 28(4) of the 2001 Directive; and
